So . . . Miss Kitty is sporting a nice shaved spot on her neck. Sunday she vomited white foamy bile a few times and wasn't really eating yesterday. The vet did a bunch of tests today. He not sure what it is, but there's a good chance she's got prancreatitis . . .

she's 16, so I expected something like this eventually, but it still seems too soon.

I hate when you try to go back to a fic you read awhile back only to find out the author deleted it.

Doubly so when they delete it, change the names and publish it as original fiction somewhere.

Need to try and update more than 2 to 3 times a year. . .

Snow days aren't as fun when you're an adult . . . I keep thinking of everything that will be waiting for me when I go in to the office tomorrow . . . .

Oh, well. Bonus reading day :) Or maybe start wrapping Christmas presents I've been ignoring.

Without going into the specifics, I got into a discussion about dress code/professional attire today at work. There are a few things that are bugging me now . . .

Should a woman have to wear a skirt/dress/high heels to be considered dressed in professional attire?
Does a woman have to wear makeup and have her hair done for professional attire?

I need a new swimsuit top. I'm not huge in the chest department, but I'm not little either. I feel like I'm going to pop out (or actually pop out) of every one I try on. I guess I'm too modest for today's fashion world . . . ?
